GLOBAL IMAGING NAMES PAUL MOSLEY PRESIDENT OF CONWAY OFFICE PRODUCTS
TAMPA, Fla., May 31 - Global Imaging Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: GISX) announced today that Paul Mosley, 46, has succeeded the retiring Pete Dinan as president of Conway Office Products, a Global core company serving the New England and upstate New York areas from its base in Nashua, NH. For the past seven years, he has served as president of Eastern Copy Products, a Conway satellite company.
Tom Johnson, chairman and CEO of Global Imaging Systems, said, “Paul Mosley has been on a career path aimed at this promotion. His more than 23 years of experience in office technology at Eastern Copy Products includes nearly 20 years in a variety of management positions. He is highly qualified to take on the broader responsibilities of the core company presidency.”
Mr. Dinan said, “Paul Mosley has been a key member of the Conway management team, leading Eastern during a period when revenues nearly doubled and offices grew from four to seven. We are fortunate to have someone with Paul’s experience and leadership skills to take the helm at Conway.”
Mr. Mosley began his career with Eastern Copy Products in 1981 as a sales representative and held various sales support, sales training and branch manager positions. He assumed the presidency of Eastern in 1998. He became a “Global Leader” in 1998, completed the Global Leadership Institute’s management development program in 2002 and was named one of “Global’s Greatest” in 2002.
He earned a B.A. degree in psychology from the State University(NY) of Oswego. He and his wife have two sons.
